Donkeys Have Personalities

Did you know animals have personalities?

Donkeys are born with their unique personality, extroverts are more go than whoa. Introvert more whoa than go. Did you know introvert donkeys do not bray? Yes, it’s true the true deep introvert donkey will make a little bit of noise but will never let out a full bray.

Training the introvert takes a bunch of patience and a plan. Why? Everything the introvert does new takes longer to process the information and learn to trust. The donkeys’ gift is the ability to problem-solve and think. Donkeys do not want to do anything that may or may not hurt them or worse kill them. The horse’s gift is speed. Horses when scared fart, poop, and run.

GOD bless you and your family two and four-legged!

      1. Life is so very interesting how we start out as a kid loving a certain person, place, or thing and then we go get a career. As a kid I always wanted to work with animals in fact I thought about working in a zoo or becoming a vet. I ended up learning computers and a little code in my teens and then I got the bug for computers. Animals were far away in my mind with a family to raise and trying to make a career to feed my family. I worked for most of my adult life as an information technology (I.T.) manager. The fascinating thing is how God uses every resource from that career to save the donkeys from abuse and re-sale providing the donkeys with a forever home and a great life. Without the I.T. manager’s experience of learning how to train people to use computers and rolling out software and new computers, I would not know how to teach virtually. I thought when I retired from I.T. I would never touch a computer again. God has big plans for his children, God made the Donkey Whisperer Farm ® into a business, God is amazing. I love what I get to do, helping, and teaching, and well it gives me a sense of purpose and a great feeling to know I left the world a little better. Behind every successful woman is a great man, my hubby Scott works really hard to support the business and help the donkeys on our farm and worldwide as he built the website and he maintains it. Behind every successful man is a great woman and wife. God bless you and your family two and four-legged.
