Happy New Year!
I love the beginning of the new year as this is a time to reflect on our past dreams and goals. Thank GOD for all of our blessings. Plan for the new year projects and goals as some dreams were planned years ahead and now they are ready to be born. Living on a farm teaches life has seasons.
Spring, summer, fall and winter:
All of these seasons are very important for the farm crops to grow. Just like the farm has seasons so do people.
Time management is important as our world is spinning faster and faster each and every day.
The difference in completing goals and not is making a plan, asking experts for help. Education is a life long process, the mind needs to continue learning to stay strong. I enjoy teaching just as much as I enjoy learning. No one can do everything without help, sometimes it is hard to ask for help. We all need one another to make the world a better place. I enjoy training the owner to train the donkey. Why? Donkeys are smart not stubborn. The donkey is always looking for a leader who is fair. Never for a bully or abuser.
We pray, wait and work hard for everything we do. Patience is very important while waiting depending on the issue and our personality this can be easy or difficult. This I know for sure. If I do not pray, prepare and plan nothing will change. I want to try to make a difference in this great big world.
Training Donkeys Takes Having A Plan:
Donkeys are smart not stubborn!
Donkeys look over a human in a matter of seconds and before you know it the donkey has trained the human to do exactly what the donkey wants.
Or
The donkey will not engage at all!
The donkey places humans in one of three categories in a matter of seconds:
Treat dispenser
Fair leader
or
Abuser
Did I tell you Donkeys are Smart!
Did You Know Your Donkey Has A Personality?
The personality of your donkey can be the same as your personality or not. Makes no difference as training the donkey successfully depends on you the owner learning how to have a plan and control your emotions. Match the energy and personality that shows up on your farm. Never drill your donkey, stay ON DONKEY TIME kinda like beach time.

God bless you and your family two and four-legged. Happy New Year!
We all appreciate that very much, Tide (my pup) was terrified of the fireworks last night. Bless you and your beautiful inspiration gifted here on your blog. <3
Fireworks are a major problem for our farm too. This is one of the reasons we built the safe barn first. All the donkeys, horses and dogs are locked in with noise to block the sound. Some vets will give you a tranquilizer for your dog.
Happy New Year!
I was wishing I had gotten a tranquilizer for him. I turned the TV up and eventually as long as I stayed near he calmed down.
We are forced to lock all 8 equine in their stalls with the radio on loud. Th dogs are inside with the t.v. up. It’s a long night for sure as for where we live fireworks last until 1:00am. Get some rest today. 🙂
That is quite a job! Poor things! I feel so sorry for them not knowing what is going on! You rest as well…if you can
Hi it is over. One of the reasons the barn was built before our home. 🙂
Interesting life !
Happy New Year 🙂
