Do you find the rain to be relaxing?
Growing up and living all of my life in western Washington the rain has always been a source of beauty and inspiration. Now that we live in Sequim, WA the rain is a relief as we own a farm. During farming season we are so busy growing hay, cutting hay, keeping the pastures maintained.
Here comes the rain means it is time to rest on the Donkey Whisperer Farm as even the animals rest in their stalls waiting for the rain to stop. The Olympic Mountains are getting new snow. Snow we will use for irrigation next summer.

in answer to your question, I love the rain: watching it and listening to it. Here in the Cowichan Valley we get little or no rain in Summer but now in Autumn we are having heavy rains. I have a saying, “never complain about the rain”.. Thanks for posting the video of thunder, that is something we rarely hear and I love it.
