Friends of the Donkey Whisperer Farm,
My husband and I have been so busy I have not had time to blog and share so here is a little update, enjoy!
On December 20th, 2013 we had our first snow of the year on our new farm in Sequim, Washington. Since we still live on our five acre farm in Kingston, Washington I was not able to see it with my own eyes. The photos you are about to see were taken by our wonderful new neighbors Dorthy and Fred. Their home over looks our twenty acre farm, a gift from Jesus Christ a piece of heaven. Thank you Dorthy and Fred!
The Sequim Gazette had a contest asking when the first snow would land in Sequim? I took a guess and won December 20, 2013. The only problem was my Facebook name is under Rio Johnson (Rio the mammoth donkey) as you can imagine it was fun to share that I am Melody Johnson and Rio is a Mammoth donkey, the gift card was made out to Rio Johnson at the Sunshine Cafe so it will be interesting when we get time to use it explaining Rio is a mammoth donkey. We have a business Facebook page named Donkey Whisperer Farm.
GOD bless you and your family two and four-legged!
Melody
Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I have nominated you for the lighthouse award. I think your blog is great, your ideals equally so and the work you are doing with donkeys fantastic. Cheers Irene
