People understand how to say Whoa or walk-on etc.,. Clicker training will not carry on into ridding the donkey. Sadly, clicker training makes it worse for the donkey as the new owner does not know how to use clicker training and the donkey is sold off into the public.

  1. Always amazes me how many people send there animals away or bring in someone to train them, I often find it’s the owners who need training first lol keep up the good work

    1. Its really sad. The best person to train the animal is the owner or caretaker for basic social skills. The trainer leaves and the animal has no clue what to do. Clicker training will only work for a few things in the equine world. We want the donkeys to learn how to survive in domestication for the life of the donkey. Gimicks do not work.
